In the process of using the bridge, the grounding method is different according to the installation occasion. Do you know what kind of grounding method is adopted respectively?
There are three possible installation situations and how to ground the bridge:
1. When the bridge system is allowed to be used to form the earth trunk circuit, the connection resistance between the bridge ends shall be no more than 0.00033 ohm, and the insulation coating shall be removed from the ground holes. In a direct grounding system at neutral point 1KV and below, the grounding of the device is connected to the neutral grounding of the system.
2. When installing a movable power supply cut off, the metal cross-sectional area of the cascade direction of the bridge should not be less than the specified value. When laying a grounding main line along the entire length of the bridge, each bridge (including the non-straight section) shall have at least one reliable connection with the grounding main line.
3. For vibration sites, the grounding points of different installation occasions of the bridge: spring coil should be installed at the connection of the grounding part.
Connecting plates can be used as jumper wires to connect the cables. Galvanized spring washers are added to the two connecting bolts at both ends of the connecting plate, and soft copper wire is used for bonding between the bridge frame, and then the bridge frame is connected with the ground wire to form an electrical path. There shall be no less than two connections between the bridge as a whole and the ground main line. The grounding operation shall be checked and accepted after completion.
