Surface Design: In view of the relatively active chemical nature of zinc and the weakness of its own protection, the surface structure includes three layers in design.
They are main protective layer, sacrificial protective layer and outer protective layer
Sacrificial Protection Layer: zinc film layer (zinc layer as well as zinc-nickel alloy layer)
With the function of sacrificial anode , it can further form a protective barrier to compensate for the defects of the nickel film that the protection of gap (such as welding seam) is insufficient.
Main Protective Layer: Alloy catalytic nickel film layer (dense nickel-phosphorus alloy)
Its protective performance is superior, even can resist the immersion of acid and alkali such as sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide, and can protect more than 95% of the workpiece area.
Outer Protective Layer: polymer nano-film
protection of the zinc film layer in the middle layer
