On January 5, 2026, Ningbo Vich Technology Co., Ltd. ("Vich Technology") and TROAX Group, a global leader in industrial safety and perimeter protection solutions, officially completed the equity transaction ceremony at Vich Technology's headquarters. The event marks a significant milestone in the strategic collaboration between the two companies.
The ceremony was attended by Michael Standar, President of TROAX Asia-Pacific; Bokai Huang, Representative of TROAX investor Latour; Jessie Wen, General Manager of Vich Technology; as well as management teams from both parties and representatives of key partner institutions.
