2. Wire thickness tolerance: when you asked 5mm wire diameter cable basket tray,you may do not confirm the goods exactly wire diameter?
You have to ask the supplier provide the tolerance of the steel wire&sheet when purchase, Vichnet steel wire tolerance is less than 5 microns(0.05mm) which is the top grade,that means when you buy 5mm cable basket tray,the steel thickness can up to 4.95mm.
While some market suppliers will never tell you the tolerance of material,when you buy 5mm tray,you may get 4.8mm tray.
3. The surface coating thickness of the tray:
Normally Electronic Zinc Coating&Powder Coated&Hot Dip Galvanized is the most popular.
Coating thickness will affect the corrosion resistance of cable basket tray.
The Electro galvanzied thickness should be up 12microns according to ISO10327.
The Powder coating thickness should be up 60 microns(do Electro galvanized finish before Powder coated) according to GB/T 19356.
The hot dip galvanized finish thickness should be up 60 microns according to ISO1461.
