A new product launch was held by Vichnet marketing department on 10th Aug, 2022, a new range of Vichguard fencing-Impact Protection Product is coming.
The new series is including mainly as below:
1. Flexible bollards
Application: It is suitable for isolated area, both ends of gate and other areas requiring independent protection;
Application: It is suitable for the protection of building columns, electrical cabinets
and other specific objects, so as to prevent heavy forklift from causing damage to building
columns and protect the safety of personnel and assets.
2. Flexible guardrail
Application : Application scenario: it is suitable for areas such as pedestrian and vehicle
separation channel to limit vehicle routes and protect the safety of personnel and assets.
Product advantage:
1. Adopting German imported reinforcement glue and anchor bolt which can bear 33kN tensile load.
2. Pipe: Developed by imported polymer plastic, which have strong weather and chemical resistance, not easy to age; natural color with low chemical activity, UV resistance meets ISO4892-3; no corrosion.
3. Base: Metal, rubber and other materials combined assembly，exposed metal is treat by black powder coating, withstand 500 hours exposure to neutral salt spray with no rust .
4. Groud Connection: Fixed by inverted cone chemical anchor bolt, with dacromet, withstand 1000 hours exposure to neutral salt spray with no rust; fastened by SS304 cap nut.
