1. Vichnet wire mesh guard for equipment guarding don’t have tolerance for all materials.

2. Vichnet wire mesh guard makes a V-groove on one side of the square tube, so that the metal wire could be welded on two points of the groove to improve the strength of weld joint.

3. Two fixing methods are available on demand. Distance between mesh panel and ground is adjustable to achieve flexible installation.

4. Use of robot welding, weld on non-contact surface. Use of robust welding, uniform weld without burr and strong welding firmness.

5. Metal wires are flatly welded onto the frame without burr to prevent people from getting scratched.

6. Uniform powder coating has been tested by SGS. Powder coating is accordance with RoHS Directive.

7. Two limiting holes in two sides of the post allow the bolt across the post, ensuring stronger impact resistance. The design of limiting holes makes positioning accurate, installation easy and mounting height unified.

8. Vichnet wire mesh guard has passed the TUV Impact Test for 1600J, it will effectively prevent guarded machine or robot to cause any threat of personal safety.
